She's got LEGS! (to be read like ZZ Top sings it)

Today, 5/19/08, we had another ultra sound. We are at 21 weeks and she is still a she! We still have not decided on a name, but we are close. No, Mandy, it is not going to be Mandy (or anything close to that). :)
She was not nearly as active as she was last time, but livened up a little bit towards the end and had the ultra sound tech giggling.

Here are a few pictures from today's show!! (If you click on the pictures it will enlarge them for easier viewing. I didn't know that at first. Duh!)

Enjoy!

Beats and Movements part two

Here's some more short video of the baby kid at the last ultra sound. Sarah said she thinks the next ultra sound is on the 19th, so maybe we'll have some new pics and video around that time. I'll put some more on this page if we do. Last time we had an ultra sound I was hoping to find out boy/girl... this time I just want to see the nose and lips!

WHOA!!

Tonight Sarah and I had a guest! Aaron Kappy was here and he was nice enough to bring us some health food! ;) Thanks Aaron. Unfortunately he had to deal with our crazy dogs before we could get to the food. Fortunately his allergies were not too bad like last time! It's was nice to have you here again... Anyway, I was showing him the pictures we have on CD from the ultra sound and came across one that kind of freaks me out. I thought maybe it was just me, but he confirmed my feelings with his own... Most of the pictures are cute and make people say wow and awwwww and stuff like that.

My Mother mentioned that the pics were 4D and I told her they were 3D. I just noticed the picture shows 4D... hmmm, sorry Ma.

This 3D photo is the one...

Does anyone see boy parts in there? :)

Boy. No, Girl. No Boy... Huh???

Today at work I was talking about the baby girl in Sarah's belly and someone told me that it is possible for the sex of a baby to change. That sounds crazy! At this point I am more than OK with having a girl. It still scares me, but I'm good with it. But the comment that my friend made got me thinking, so I had to google it... I found a bunch of posts on some web site from people who were told that they were going to have a boy or a girl, based on their 18-20 week ultra sound, and they ended up having the opposite. There were also some posts that said they were told boy/girl in the 18-20 week ultra sound and in their later ultra sound, they were told the opposite. So does that mean that the baby was a boy or girl and then changed or was the ultra sound tech wrong? Hmmmmm... wacky!

Well, what ever is in there, it has a strong heart beat! It's pretty cool and stuff...
